Sheesham Honey

Sheesham honey is warm by nature. It is rare because of the seasonal nature of its flowers and scarceness of plantations as compared to other flowering plants. Organic Sheesham Honey is especially beneficial for women to help relieve menstrual cramps and aid with menses related discomfort. Location: We source Sheesham honey from the hot Western India, which is home to plantations of Indian rosewood trees. These are fast growing, hardy and deciduous but bloom once a year, which constrains the availability of sheesham honey.
